Returns & Replacements
All prints are produced to order and, as such, all sales are final. Every effort is made to ensure your artwork arrives safely. In the rare event that a print is damaged during transit, please contact me within 7 days of delivery and include a photograph of the damage. A replacement will be issued at no additional cost.
Print Care
Your print is produced on Hahnemühle Photo Rag, a 100% cotton, museum-quality paper selected for its tonal range and surface quality. Due to the nature of this fine art paper, careful handling is recommended.
Handling:
Handle the print by the edges only, using clean, dry hands.
Surface care:
Avoid touching the printed image area, as oils and moisture may cause permanent marks or scuffing.
Framing:
For long-term preservation, framing behind glass or acrylic is strongly recommended. UV-protective glazing will help protect the print from light exposure and dust.
Unpacking and storage:
If not framing immediately, keep the print flat in its original packaging and store in a clean, dry environment.
